the location was great and amazing, not too far from a simple ski resort. an electric kettle, central heating, and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels were available in my premium double room.
There was a too soft bed.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and a comfortable bathroom. The hotel facilities, including the sauna and swimming pool, were always available and in good working condition. The location was perfect for us, as it was near the city center and offered a stunning view of the mountains from our room's balcony. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable local information.

my recent stay in karpacz was amazing! the perla hotel exceeded my expectations during our christmas party. the comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff, and great spa facilities made our stay memorable. the location was perfect with beautiful mountain views.

Convenient location, working sauna and swimming pool, room with balcony and mountain view. Helpful manager resolved room issue, varied breakfast options, clean room. Close to Karpacz center, comfortable bathroom, good food selection for breakfast. Large car park, friendly reception, lots to do in the region. Clean and well-maintained 70s style hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, good spa facilities.

the hotel may have a 70s style, but it's still comfortable and clean. the breakfast buffet was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of dishes that changed every day. the staff, despite some language barriers, were friendly and helpful. the spa facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed daily massages.
The location was great, offering a lovely view of the mountains from our balcony. Cons: Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the town center with stunning views from the rooms. the room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and offered great storage facilities. the breakfast buffet was impressive and catered to different palates. the spa services were top-notch, with excellent massage treatments available.
The lack of an elevator made it difficult to maneuver around the hotel with heavy luggage.

what a peaceful break in karpacz, and this time, staying at the hotel in the great location closer to the town. the friendly staff, lovely view, and included breakfast and spa access made the experience even better. breakfast with good food selection, comfortable bathroom, and convenient car park. one minor issue though, the noisy bed.
